This example in Iwade shows how much additional head height is gained with a full height full width dormer.
Additionally this loft conversion included a Solar installation while the scaffolding was up, air conditioning and a bespoke fitted Dressing Room and luxury Bathroom.

The new loft suite has been blended into the current property to make it look like it has always been there with the first floor landing opened up and new balustrades.

This project from start to finish used the services of an architect, structural engineer, plumber, steel maker, electrician, workshop carpenter to make a bespoke staircase,
metalworker for the juliet balcony,
air conditioning installer, windows and doors fitter, roofer, solar installer, plasterer, decorator, tiler and carpet fitter!

The Cow Shed at The Ship Ospringe Faversham has been a trusted client partner since 2021 and Team Sapphire do all the pub fitting out and decorating, working out of hours if necessary to allow the pub to stay open during works.
Yellow rag rolling effect and reclaimed panelling stained and hygiene lacquered to meet restaurant hygiene requirements.

School Works
Sapphire have lots of experience working for schools. They have recently built a bespoke PE Shed to meet the school's requirements and
an emergency security fence in the school holidays to ensure the children were safe on their return to school.

Landscape Gardening
Sapphire offer Landscape Gardening. The project pictured here before and after included excavating the ground, removing two hidden patios, dividing the plot
of land into two equal size gardens to meet the Landlord's requirements. Each garden was provisioned with a patio, a raised planter, gravel and slab paths, new fencing and
the access was tidied up.
